About the Role
The Community Manager oversees all on‑site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager, managing personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk compliance. • Supervise on‑site staff, handling recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management and compliance with company policies. • Drive financial performance by creating budgets, controlling costs, overseeing rent collections, vendor invoicing and timely property close‑out reporting. • Lead strategic leasing initiatives, develop annual marketing plans, ensure effective leasing processes, address resident concerns, and implement retention programs. • Manage administrative and maintenance functions, ensure accurate reporting, coordinate emergency response, oversee property inspections, and direct maintenance, construction and rehabilitation projects. • Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, operating equipment, and responding to emergencies, including weekends and nights.

What You Bring
• Require high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) with 1‑4 years housing industry experience; CAM or ARM certification preferred; proficiency in on‑site software and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Must have reliable transportation for on‑call emergency duties.
