About the Role
• Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects and lead coordination meetings. • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff, assigning tasks and conducting periodic employee reviews. • Develop and enforce design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Manage construction administration duties, including field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda. • Coordinate monthly invoicing with accounting and monitor project accounts receivable. • Participate in budgeting, scheduling, proposal preparation, and contract administration. • Prepare analysis and reports of system options and building conditions. • Contribute to firm‑wide Expert Teams committee and assist in technical training and staff mentoring.

What You Bring
• Hold a current Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. • Minimum 12 years consulting MEP engineering experience, with at least 7 years in project management. • At least 3 years of supervisory experience. • Demonstrated design experience in healthcare, federal, critical facilities, commercial, or aviation projects. • Strong hands‑on design skills with proficiency in CAD/Revit.
