Job Highlights
About the Role
• Define pricing strategies and commercial models to optimise revenue and margins. • Support launch of new services or products in line with Rolls‑Royce policy. • Develop commercial deliverables for bid campaigns, including RFQ/RFP drafting, risk identification and pricing estimates. • Monitor customers’ contractual performance and ensure compliance with obligations. • Generate analytical reports to support commercial objectives and business needs. • Review and draft terms and conditions for agreements, highlighting risks and mitigation plans. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers as a key point of contact. • Support preparation, negotiation and management of contracts.

What You Bring

Benefits
The Commercial Graduate Programme is a six‑month, full‑time role for Saudi nationals (male & female) with a salary of SAR 4,000. Graduates will work on real commercial projects that shape performance in the defence sector, reporting directly to senior teams.
