What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience, and has at least five years of aggregates operations management experience. A strong background in geology, mining methods, budgeting, and safety regulations, combined with proven leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills, is required. The role is based in an industrial plant environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions, requiring frequent standing, walking, climbing, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb. Manual dexterity for operating equipment and tools is also essential. • Demonstrate knowledge of safety, environmental, and mining regulations. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience. • Possess ≥5 years aggregates operations management experience. • Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lift 50 lb, stand, walk, climb, and work in varied weather conditions.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $120,000‑$150,000 plus participation in an annual incentive plan.
