About the Role
The Associate will collect and analyze workplace data, identify trends, and support the creation of strategies that improve engagement and productivity. They will prepare presentations and visualizations for stakeholders, conduct market research and benchmarking, and work with project teams on transformation initiatives such as change management, space planning, and technology integration. Daily tasks include using analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD, and CAFM platforms to inform decisions. • Analyze space utilization, occupancy metrics, and employee survey data to uncover trends. • Develop workplace strategies that boost engagement, flexibility, and productivity. • Create presentations, reports, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. • Conduct market research and benchmarking on emerging workplace trends and technologies. • Support transformation projects, including change management, space planning, and tech integration. • Use analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD, and CAFM/IWMS platforms for decision‑making.

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Associate to join its Workplace Strategy team. The role supports the development and implementation of strategies that enhance employee experience, optimize space utilization, and align with organizational goals. The Associate will collaborate with real‑estate, HR, IT, and business units to deliver data‑driven insights. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Architecture, Real Estate or Data Analytics and have 1–3 years of experience in workplace strategy or related consulting. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data‑visualization tools. Familiarity with hybrid work models, activity‑based working and optional experience with AutoCAD, Revit, change management, sustainability or wellness is a plus. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 1–3 years of related experience. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data‑visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. • Familiarity with hybrid work models and activity‑based working; experience with AutoCAD/Revit is a plus.

Benefits
The position offers a salary range of $80,750 to $95,000, competitive pay based on location, experience and other factors, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending, HSA, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, as well as paid and unpaid time off.
