About the Role
The position involves developing and maintaining COOP plans, conducting drills, tracking updates, leading the resiliency concept of operations, managing crisis action programs, and collaborating with senior government leaders and SETA team members. • Create, update, and validate COOP plans and procedures • Conduct regular continuity drills and evaluate outcomes • Track and document changes to COOP documentation • Lead annual resiliency concept of operations and share updates enterprise‑wide • Manage crisis action programs and maintain contingency sites • Coordinate COOP and resiliency planning with senior government officials and SETA team

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, have a STEM bachelor’s (nine or more years) or master’s (seven or more years) and experience in BCP, COOP, resiliency planning, systems engineering, and project management, plus strong independent work and communication skills. Preferred experience includes digital engineering/MBSE, Agile, cloud technologies, and tools such as Jira and Confluence. The role is on‑site with minimal travel and follows standard working hours. • Hold active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph • Possess 9+ years (BA) or 7+ years (MS) of STEM experience in BCP, COOP, and systems engineering • Demonstrate independent project execution and stakeholder collaboration • Communicate effectively with senior leaders, both written and verbal • Familiarity with MBSE, digital engineering, Agile, cloud, Jira, and Confluence preferred
