About the Role

The role involves setting up and operating cell manufacturing and test equipment to produce the final product, inspecting parts for quality, and performing standard work using process control methods. The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty once fully trained, including reading and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements. They select, align, and secure tooling and accessories on machines, enter appropriate settings, calibrate equipment, and record production and operational data. Quality checks are performed using measuring instruments, and the employee rotates through all tasks required in the production process while maintaining an orderly, safe, and clean workplace.
