Job Highlights
About the Role
The driver safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes, adhering to OSHA, DOT, and company standards while keeping the vehicle clean and safe. • Operate the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using DVIR and document any issues. • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, or service calls immediately to the Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Participate in all required trainings, briefings, and meetings. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe accounts. • Assist other drivers as directed and follow assigned route schedules. • Dump containers, clean customer sites, position containers properly, and submit tickets for excess yardage. • Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Operations Manager. • Complete all required documentation and check‑in at the end of each route. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match and a stock purchase program.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (minimum age 18), an acceptable driving record, and successful completion of a DOT drug screen, physical, background check, and motor‑vehicle record review. No specific education or prior experience is required. Candidates must possess a REAL ID or an approved alternative, as the role may require air travel or access to federal property. Our drivers are professional, well‑trained, and dedicated to keeping communities clean; they are home at night and on weekends, reflecting the company’s commitment to safety, reliability, and community service. • Hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (age 18+). • Pass DOT drug screening, physical exam, background check, and maintain an acceptable driving record. • No formal education or prior experience required.
