About the Role

The Quality Specialist – QC Engineering validates product integrity, ensures compliance with specifications, and supports quality processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. This role provides technical oversight, defines testing requirements such as nondestructive testing and statistical process control, and aligns activities with contractual, regulatory, and engineering standards. By driving rigorous verification and contributing to process improvements, the specialist helps reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction. • Perform required tests, including NDT, and define SPC requirements to validate product compliance. • Ensure manufactured or procured products meet all specified standards before release. • Provide QC setup and support during tendering and EPC execution phases. • Oversee fulfillment of contractual and regulatory quality requirements to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. • Support communication and coordination with internal teams on quality control services and requirements. • Capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement and enhance execution processes. • Contribute to team and project objectives, typically completing work goals within 1–3 months with visible results in 1–2 months. • Propose improvements to methods, processes, and procedures within the QC engineering function.
