About the Role

The AVP/AD – Business Development for Industrial & Logistics Services in Chennai will focus on land transaction opportunities. The role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land for development, requiring deep knowledge of the industrial and logistics real estate market and acquisition processes. The position involves conducting market research to pinpoint potential sites, analyzing trends, competitor activity, and supply‑demand dynamics. Lead generation is achieved through networking, cold calling, and leveraging contacts such as brokers, landowners, and developers. Client relationship management includes assessing client requirements, building long‑lasting partnerships, and delivering compelling proposals that highlight the value of each land opportunity.
