About the Role
The Service Technician will diagnose residential plumbing problems ranging from faucet leaks to drain clogs and both conventional and tank‑less water heaters, perform repairs and replacements, and operate drain machines to clear any sized blockage while working inside and outside customers’ homes and maintaining direct communication with them. • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including faucets, drains, and water heaters. • Perform replacements and operate drain machines to clear blockages of any size. • Communicate directly with customers while working inside and outside homes.

What You Bring
Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred minimum of five years of combined plumbing installation and service experience; knowledge of tank‑less water heaters is a plus, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
