Field Supervisor

About the Role

As a Field Supervisor, you will support Comcast maintenance technician work, node splits, Comcast Genesis, and Comcast system upgrades. In addition, you will direct multiple crews and their jobsite activities, develop your team’s telecom skill set, provide a high level of customer service, lead by example to reinforce the company‑wide safety culture, and drive your team to meet deadlines while producing quality projects. • Support Comcast maintenance technician work, node splits, Genesis, and system upgrades. • Direct multiple crews and oversee jobsite activities. • Develop team’s telecom skills and knowledge. • Provide high‑level customer service during client interactions. • Lead by example to reinforce company‑wide safety culture. • Drive teams to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.
