About the Role

The role involves working on projects related to electrical power distribution equipment and delivering customized technical solutions to customers. Engineers will also engage in advanced assignments such as equipment design, material testing, process studies, and research investigations. • Work on electrical power distribution equipment projects. • Deliver technical solutions to customers. • Conduct equipment design, material testing, process studies, and research investigations. • Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and reaching. • Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines.

What You Bring

The position requires physical activity, including standing, walking, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching at various heights, and handling tools and components. Candidates must thrive under time pressure, manage stressful situations, and collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines. Applicants must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution, graduate no later than August 2026, and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8. An internship, co‑op, or at least three months of relevant technician or maintenance experience is required, along with flexibility to relocate within the United States and a valid driver’s license passing an MVR check. Additional expectations include a degree majoring in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering with a GPA of 3.2 or higher, prior experience in the electrical/power industry, and proficiency in testing, troubleshooting, and servicing distribution and control systems. Leadership experience, eligibility for a TWIC card, and skill with hand and power tools for equipment assembly are also valued. • Operate effectively under time constraints and stressful conditions. • Hold a bachelor's or master's engineering degree (graduation ≤ Aug 2026) with GPA ≥ 2.8. • Complete at least one internship/co‑op or 3 months of technician/maintenance experience. • Be willing to relocate within the United States and possess a valid driver’s license with a clear MVR. • Have a degree in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering with GPA ≥ 3.2. • Possess prior experience in the electrical/power industry, including testing and servicing distribution/control systems. • Skilled in power quality measurements, troubleshooting, analysis, and protective relays. • Demonstrated leadership in campus or community activities. • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid TWIC card. • Proficient with hand and power tools for equipment assembly.
