About the Role
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees daily food and beverage and retail gift‑shop operations to deliver exceptional guest and owner experiences. The role ensures all team members adhere to food quality, sanitation, safety, and resort policies while supporting operational, financial and service goals. • Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring food quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards are met • Train, coach, and support team members while maintaining compliance with company policies • Achieve operational, financial, and guest‑satisfaction goals through forecasting, budgeting, and labor control • Assist with resolving guest concerns and addressing staffing, inventory, and supply challenges • Support the GM with capital projects and operational improvement planning • Coordinate with other departments, including Front Desk, to align staffing and inventory with occupancy • Ensure accurate shift closings, checklists, and daily procedures are completed • Contribute to menu development and F&B marketing initiatives • Manage retail gift shop operations, including purchasing, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory
