About the Role

The Site Operative is responsible for the day‑to‑day housekeeping of the site and will give assistance to the site team as required. The role ensures the site remains clean, safe, and ready for daily operations. Internal applicants should inform their line manager if they wish to apply for this role. This ensures proper coordination and support throughout the application process. • Clean and maintain site welfare facilities. • Supervise unloading of deliveries. • Maintain safe access and egress to welfare facilities. • Develop and maintain pedestrian walkways throughout the development. • Ensure signage is erected and up to date. • Maintain site and sales presentation. • Keep plots clean and safe at all times. • Assist in preparing plots for NHBC inspections. • Protect second‑fix items. • Open and lock up site and plots at start and end of the working day. • Provide assistance to the site team and specialised trades. • Keep walkways clear and manage traffic.
