About the Role

The Product Strategy Lead partners closely with clients to drive product strategy and development for operational enablement technologies, acting as a strategic bridge between operational teams, business processes, technology solutions, and analytics. This role leads internal tooling and AI enablement road‑maps while serving as the primary liaison for reporting and data‑visualization needs. By delivering measurable business value, the position enhances operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing and executing product strategy, metrics, and road‑maps, and collaborating with product managers to set priorities. The incumbent will lead change‑request processes within established SLAs, create Business Requirement Documents, and work with the central analytics team to translate operational needs into reporting solutions. Deep‑dive analysis of processes will uncover root causes of challenges, while change‑management capabilities are built across leadership levels. What You Bring

The ideal candidate has proven product‑management experience with internal operations tools, a strong understanding of facilities‑management operations, and expertise in analytics, data‑visualization, and enterprise software integration. Technical documentation skills, business‑process analysis ability, and a talent for leading without authority are essential. Preferred experience includes AI applications, change‑management strategies, KPI/ROI measurement, and user‑adoption initiatives. • Proven product management experience with internal operations platforms. • Strong knowledge of facilities management operations and ability to convert needs into technical specs. • Experience with analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools. • Expertise in enterprise software integration and stakeholder management. • Skilled in creating technical documentation and Business Requirement Documents. • Ability to conduct business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities. • Demonstrated capability to lead without authority and build cross‑functional teams. • Experience with AI applications and emerging technologies (e.g., Quick Suite). • Background in change management and user adoption strategies. • Understanding of data integrity principles and alignment of analytics outputs. • Experience establishing KPIs and measuring ROI for operational initiatives. • Familiarity with training, knowledge transfer, and client success collaboration. • Knowledge of usage analytics and optimization techniques.
