Sales Service Supervisor

About the Role

The role focuses on managing detailing services and post‑sale functions, ensuring work is accurately detailed, coordinated, and delivered on time. Responsibilities include handling vendor contracts, supervising and training staff, and maintaining a safe, productive workplace that meets quality standards. • Serve on the NRF South Central Leadership Team, championing safety, environmental, quality, and productivity goals. • Lead the Sales Service Team—including rebar detailers and construction project managers—to drive sales and profit objectives. • Cultivate strong professional relationships with customers and internal departments. • Maintain clarity on pricing, scheduling, and project scope. • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to assess and manage commercial risk. • Travel to sales meetings, customer offices, and job sites on short notice as required. • Develop and implement training and personal development programs for teammates. • Provide mentoring and coaching to the Sales Service Team. • Create and update sales service policies, procedures, and best practices. • Manage department staffing and selection requirements.

What You Bring

Safety is a paramount priority, and the position requires the ability to lead and uphold safety policies across both the Flowood, MS and Slidell, LA sites, with travel as needed to support sales meetings, customer offices, and job sites. • Hold at least one of: an associate’s degree in engineering, business, or construction management; 3 years of rebar detailing experience; or 3 years in construction project management. • Demonstrate a minimum of one year of successful team leadership experience. • Be prepared to travel throughout the region to job sites, often with short notice. • Possess 3 years of combined leadership experience in engineering, detailing, estimating, sales service, or related fields.
