About the Role
The Technician role is responsible for preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on a variety of equipment, primarily aerial work platforms and construction tools, with some locations supporting large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil‑and‑gas gear. • Provide own tools as needed.

What You Bring
The position requires physical effort, including bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and work can be performed indoors or outdoors depending on job demands. Reasonable accommodations are provided to comply with applicable laws. • High school diploma or GED required; trade school training preferred. • 5+ years of technician experience with diesel, heavy‑equipment, or specialty lines (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas). • Advanced hydraulic system knowledge and troubleshooting. • Advanced electrical system knowledge and troubleshooting. • Flexible and able to adjust priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Experience in roles such as mechanic, service foreman, diesel or hydraulic technician, or ASE/IFPS certified.
