About the Role
As a Field Engineer you serve as the primary interface between on‑site teams and customers, applying technical expertise to ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and commissioned correctly. You may lead crews, oversee job‑site services, and contribute innovative solutions that exceed client expectations. • Coordinate crew members, tools, and services; act as liaison with customers and Operations Managers. • Solve complex technical problems on‑site through hands‑on work. • Prepare, document, and manage inbound/outbound equipment and products. • Support tender processes with data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing. • Participate in job‑shadowing to gain holistic business understanding.

What You Bring

They are fluent in English, possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and demonstrate critical thinking, data analysis, and project‑management abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences or related field (graduated within 36 months). • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent). • Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills. • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership abilities. • Demonstrated critical‑thinking, numerical, data‑analysis, and project‑management skills. • Visibility to senior leaders and diverse team collaboration.
