About the Role

The Construction Supervisor supports all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, including aerial and underground work. The role involves developing team skills, leading by example, driving deadlines, delivering quality projects, and providing high‑level customer service while directing multiple crews on job sites. • Develop team’s telecom construction (aerial & underground) skills. • Lead by example and reinforce company‑wide safety culture. • Drive crews to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards. • Provide high‑level customer service and interface with clients. • Direct multiple crews and coordinate job‑site activities.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, has a strong record of quality work, and enjoys hands‑on problem solving. Experience in telecom construction (coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading) and leadership of construction crews is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software. Military MOS codes 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591 are a good fit. • Proven ability to complete work with high quality and safety focus. • Strong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on approach in the field. • Experience with coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading. • Ability to coach, mentor, and troubleshoot team issues. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn custom software. • Military experience with MOS codes 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591 preferred.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience.
