About the Role

The Customer Service Coordinator works in an inbound and outbound call‑center environment, handling scheduling, customer inquiries, updates, appointments, issue resolution, and database maintenance. The role may also involve developing and qualifying sales leads while ensuring complete customer satisfaction and a high Voice of Customer quality score. Key responsibilities include providing professional customer support, tracking satisfaction metrics, delivering production and service information, and scheduling installations. The coordinator also promotes Crew2 products, presents pricing and terms, and maintains accurate records using monitoring tools. Collaboration with the Contact Center team is essential for routing calls and supporting overall service and sales objectives. • Provide inbound and outbound call‑center support, addressing customer questions and concerns. • Schedule installations, appointments, and post‑installation follow‑up calls per established processes. • Resolve customer issues, update records, and maintain a high Voice of Customer score. • Develop, qualify, and promote Crew2 products and services, presenting pricing and terms. • Accurately process and track customer information using available monitoring tools. • Route calls to appropriate departments and collaborate with the Contact Center team.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, strong problem‑resolution and customer‑service skills, and be detail‑oriented with high accuracy. The ability to multitask, work well in a team, and proficiently use Microsoft applications is required, while excellent oral and written communication is essential. Call‑center experience is preferred. • Demonstrate strong problem‑resolution abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills. • Utilize Microsoft applications and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Meet the minimum qualification of a high school diploma or GED; call‑center experience preferred.
