About the Role

The Regional Marketing Director will lead and execute market‑specific marketing programs that raise brand awareness, attract new residents, and improve retention across the assigned region, collaborating with property management, leasing, and corporate teams. • Design and execute property‑specific marketing plans aligned with company goals. • Conduct market research and use data insights to create innovative campaigns. • Coordinate marketing activities with leasing, property management, and corporate teams. • Oversee brand promotion through advertising, PR, digital channels, and social media. • Drive resident acquisition and retention through targeted strategies and referral programs. • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and report findings to senior leadership. • Lead cross‑functional collaboration, foster company culture, and support regional training initiatives. • Manage marketing budgets and assist with technology testing and deployments. • Travel regularly to local markets and occasional out‑of‑region sites.

What You Bring

Success in this role requires a minimum of five years in multifamily housing, strong branding and digital marketing expertise, data‑driven decision‑making, excellent project and stakeholder management, and the flexibility to travel frequently. • At least five years of multifamily housing marketing experience. • Proficiency in branding, creative design collaboration, and digital/social media platforms. • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. • Strong analytical ability to assess market trends and property performance. • Excellent project management, organization, and time‑management capabilities. • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
