About the Role
The Regional Director in Denver will lead a sales team that promotes LoopNet’s advanced digital advertising and marketing solutions. Responsibilities include hiring and developing high‑performing sales professionals, driving regional revenue growth, and managing client relationships to increase adoption and satisfaction. The role requires regular field presence, extensive coaching, and collaboration with top owners and brokers to craft digital strategies. • Recruit, hire, motivate, and develop a sales team of 5‑10 professionals to meet sales quotas. • Conduct 3–4 field sales days per week, providing coaching and training. • Drive regional revenue growth and consistently exceed annual sales targets. • Identify, prioritize, and secure new client relationships while expanding existing accounts. • Monitor sales performance, enforce activity standards, and use CRM for pipeline tracking. • Set individual and team goals, address performance issues, and make personnel changes as needed. • Mentor team members and promote CoStar Group’s culture and values. • Travel up to 50% to regional offices and client sites.

Compensation includes a base salary of $135,000‑$145,000, uncapped commissions, and performance incentives such as a Presidents Club trip.
