About the Role
In this senior position you will drive the pursuit, win, and execution of pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory, semiconductor, and medical device projects while overseeing the regional science and technology team, developing business plans, and managing project delivery. • Pursue, win, and execute pharmaceutical, laboratory, semiconductor, and medical‑device projects. • Lead and develop the regional science and technology team, including business‑plan creation and project coordination. • Generate new revenue and expand existing streams, targeting $1 M–$3 M annual revenue. • Track leads, forecast pipelines, and build winning strategies and teams. • Maintain market awareness regionally and globally; keep technical staff at the forefront. • Foster internal networks to share staffing and pursuit information across national teams. • Ensure technical excellence in project delivery and resolve complex issues. • Align regional practice plan with global science‑technology strategy and other practice areas. • Develop and execute tactics to acquire new high‑margin clients. • Oversee project financials, inter‑office and client reporting structures. • Articulate the firm’s value proposition and lead integrated‑services sales presentations. • Provide leadership and problem‑solving for successful project outcomes. • Author articles, white papers, and present at industry conferences. • Recruit senior staff with market‑specific experience and mentor new hires.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). • Possess 12+ years of Life‑Science design experience, including at least 5 years in consulting engineering. • Provide minimum 5 years of management experience and 5+ years of business development for engineering. • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of MEP systems and maintain PE registration. • Exhibit strong relationship‑building, communication, and independent teamwork skills. • Manage multiple tasks with excellent organizational abilities.
