About the Role
The supervisor supports all phases of utility construction for various telecom projects, ensuring work is done correctly and on schedule. The role involves leading crews, maintaining safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. • Develop team’s skill set in aerial and underground telecom construction. • Lead by example to reinforce company‑wide safety culture. • Drive teams to meet project deadlines while ensuring quality. • Deliver high‑level customer service during client interactions. • Direct multiple crews and oversee job‑site activities. • Provide employee stock purchase plan. • Provide medical, dental, and vision coverage plus flexible spending accounts.

What You Bring
