About the Role

Daily duties involve managing work orders from start to finish, supporting the campus real‑estate team, and handling on‑call operational support for events. The engineer must maintain tenant relations, service building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire‑life safety, and security hardware, and keep accurate documentation of all maintenance activities. • Manage work requests from assignment to completion with limited supervision • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building equipment • Support campus real estate team and address customer service requests and special event setups • Maintain tenant relations through prompt, courteous responses • Repair plumbing fixtures, water heaters, drains, and sump pumps • Repair electrical components such as switches, receptacles, junction boxes, lights, and ballasts • Maintain accurate documentation for fire‑life safety and building systems
