What You Bring

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician III for Falls Village Resort in Orlando, FL. In this role you will keep guestrooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑the‑house areas well‑maintained and attractive. • Communicate clearly with engineering leadership • High School diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum three years of facilities maintenance experience • Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift/push/pull up to 100 lb (with accommodations) • EPA certification required for split‑system units • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required
