About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, cost roll‑out, and inventory and asset controlling, while supporting month‑end close and variance analysis. You will manage actual, forecast, and budget scenarios, oversee inventory control cycles, execute full cost runs and variance analysis, and ensure compliance with internal and external audits, including Sarbanes‑Oxley controls. • Perform daily finance activities, monthly reporting, forecasting, cost roll‑out, and inventory & asset controlling. • Support month‑end close, evaluate variances, and assess plant results. • Prepare and manage actual, forecast, and budget scenarios throughout the year. • Execute inventory control processes including annual and cycle counts, excess & obsolete review, and corrective actions. • Conduct end‑to‑end cost runs (BOM, credit time, routing), compare standard vs. actual costs, and perform variance and overhead absorption analysis. • Support site internal audits, ensure minimal findings, and close countermeasure actions promptly. • Prepare periodic management and corporate reports. • Independently manage cost audit compliance and support statutory, tax, TP, and other audits. • Apply Sarbanes‑Oxley internal control requirements. • Collaborate with purchasing, planning, production, sourcing, engineering, and affiliate entities. • Coordinate with HR on policy requirements. • Liaise with ops controller and global finance team for guidance. • Interact with suppliers, auditors, and banks. • Utilize SAP FICO, MM, and PP modules. • Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Grow within a global company of 20+ brands and multiple career paths. • Contribute to community and sustainability initiatives through volunteering and giving back.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of both Local GAAP and US GAAP, hands‑on experience with SAP FICO, MM, and PP modules, and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI. Strong analytical, communication, and business‑acumen skills, a team‑oriented mindset, high integrity, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment are essential. • Apply knowledge of local GAAP and US GAAP. • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI. • Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. • Work effectively as a team player with solid business acumen. • Experience an inclusive workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
