About the Role
The Assistant Community Manager acts as the friendly face and main point of contact for residents and visitors, responding to needs with empathy and professionalism. Responsibilities include conducting community tours, supporting move‑ins and move‑outs, escalating concerns when necessary, inspecting homes before occupancy, monitoring maintenance and curb‑appeal issues, assisting with resident events, and ensuring safety standards and community policies are followed. Administrative duties involve keeping resident records accurate, preparing community reports, and handling day‑to‑day tasks as assigned. Successful candidates will have at least two years of customer‑service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between communities are required. • Serve as primary contact for residents and visitors, handling inquiries with empathy. • Conduct scheduled and walk‑in community tours. • Coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs to ensure seamless transitions. • Inspect units before occupancy and monitor property for maintenance or curb‑appeal issues. • Assist in planning and executing resident events while enforcing safety policies. • Maintain accurate resident records and prepare community reports. • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support as needed.
