About the Role
Associate Photographers are responsible for capturing media for Homes.com and Apartments.com using a Pro 3 Matterport camera, digital photography gear, and an iPad. Each photographer works within an assigned territory, scheduling appointments to scan homes and apartments, create virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photographs. The role involves close interaction with clients, sales associates, logistics, and a remote Photography Manager. Photographers coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointment efficiency and meet client demands. They must communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to prioritize initiatives. The position also includes on‑foot market coverage of commercial‑real‑estate grids to identify new inventory and missing data. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and high‑quality photographs of homes and apartments using Matterport Pro3 and digital cameras. • Build portfolios of images that showcase properties in the most appealing way. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks. • Conduct on‑foot market coverage of commercial‑real‑estate grids, identifying new inventory and missing data. • Follow CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicle and equipment. • Meet performance metrics to earn monthly bonuses in addition to a $50,000 annual base salary.

What You Bring
The job requires frequent sitting in a vehicle, standing, and walking for up to eight hours daily, with the ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to five pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements are needed for tablet and camera operation, and occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are required. Work must be performed outdoors in all seasons, with weekend shifts on a rotating schedule. • Hold at least 2 years of professional real‑estate photography experience and a FAA Part 107 Drone License (or obtain within 30 days of offer). • Possess strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and data‑entry accuracy. • Demonstrate proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office and internet applications. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
