About the Role

The Property Manager reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for delivering Facilities Management services that meet Service Level Agreements and the client’s Key Performance Indicators. This role establishes clear understanding and support between the manager, supervisor, and colleagues to ensure timely and efficient service delivery aligned with business needs. Key responsibilities include providing high‑quality, courteous facilities services at Maruti Suzuki, liaising with the client’s representative, training and guiding staff per C&W‑PMSI HR guidelines, and monitoring KPI performance through monthly, quarterly and half‑yearly reports. The manager also maintains strong client relationships, continuously improves service standards, handles feedback and complaints, oversees accounting, invoicing and budget control, and ensures security, safety, and pest‑control measures are in place. Additional duties cover resident relations such as addressing inquiries, organising community meetings and enforcing building policies, as well as ensuring compliance with local laws, housing regulations and maintaining accurate lease documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration or a related field, and offers the opportunity to work with Cushman & Wakefield, a global real‑estate leader with 52,000 employees worldwide. • Deliver high‑quality facilities management services at Maruti Suzuki in line with service levels and KPIs. • Liaise with the client’s representative on issues beyond delegated authority. • Train, manage and motivate staff according to C&W‑PMSI HR guidelines. • Monitor KPI performance and produce monthly, quarterly and half‑yearly management reports. • Build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting teamwork. • Address client feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. • Oversee accounting, ensure timely invoicing and achieve budget targets. • Implement and monitor security measures, safety inspections and emergency protocols. • Manage pest control, cleanliness, uniform standards and staff development. • Handle resident inquiries, complaints, community meetings and enforce building policies. • Ensure compliance with local laws, housing regulations and maintain accurate lease records. • Lead recruitment, selection and induction of service team members. • Utilise approved suppliers and stay current with safety regulations.
