Digital transformation is a key focus, utilizing smart sensors, IoT‑enabled monitoring, and predictive analytics for real‑time performance tracking. Reliability‑centered maintenance strategies are developed and executed to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset life. The role collaborates closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams, and manages paint‑related project timelines, budgets, scopes, and documentation. What You Bring
Join our maintenance team to keep manufacturing operations at peak efficiency. We are seeking a skilled Repair & Maintenance Professional to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our painting process, specifically Anodic Electro‑deposition (AED). This role drives safety, quality, and cost efficiency while advancing innovation, digitization, and process improvements aligned with the latest technologies. The facility is identified as Union. Mentorship and leadership are essential, with responsibilities to train paint technicians on AED processes, equipment handling, and safety practices, as well as overseeing the installation of new facilities and replacement of legacy systems such as robots, conveyors, and automation equipment. Candidates must have at least five years of intensive AED experience, a bachelor’s degree in chemical or electrical engineering, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and knowledge of paint pretreatment chemistry and ISO 9000, 50001, and 14001 standards. Preferred qualifications include experience with automation, IoT, predictive maintenance software, reliability engineering, and proven leadership in managing teams and training programs. • Minimum 5 years AED experience and bachelor’s degree in chemical or electrical engineering. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to read electrical schematics. • Knowledge of ISO 9000, 50001, and 14001 standards and paint pretreatment chemistry. • Preferred experience with automation, IoT, predictive maintenance software, and CMMS. • Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering training programs.
