What You Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution is required. The position does not include relocation benefits, and candidates must currently live within 50 miles of the Wilsonville, OR facility, except active‑duty military members who are exempt. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. Candidates should have experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, and similar software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SolidWorks, and other design tools. At least one year of professional experience supporting manufacturing—through roles in sales, inventory control, clerical work, or production—is required. Familiarity with digital logic, control schematics, PLC concepts, and the design and application of power distribution or motor control equipment is essential. Prior engineering experience gained via internships or manufacturing assignments is also valued. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • Residency within 50 miles of Wilsonville, OR (military exemption applies) • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing support experience • Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Suite • Knowledge of digital logic, control schematics, and PLC concepts • Experience designing power distribution and motor control systems
