About the Role
The Warehouse Associate will support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling, ensuring products are accurately prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled safely, efficiently, and dependably. The role follows clearly prescribed processes, seeking supervisor guidance for non‑routine issues, and operates under close supervision with limited independent judgment, while detailed checks are reviewed by senior staff. • Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and yard. • Securely package items for shipment or customer pickup using shrink wrap, strapping, or other protective methods. • Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping. • Install protective devices such as bracing or padding to prevent damage during transport. • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety policies and procedures. • Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials. • Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed.

What You Bring
Work is performed in a comfortable warehouse environment but includes exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and repetitive motions such as using a 10‑key, bending, or squatting, with occasional overnight travel of less than 10 % of the time. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and 0‑2 years of related experience is typical.
