About the Role

Based in the UK HR team, this role oversees HR services and strategic people initiatives for Turner & Townsend's Infrastructure, Defence, Energy and Natural Resources sectors. Key responsibilities include talent and succession planning, managing complex HR projects such as TUPE, and providing data‑driven reporting and insights to support senior leadership decision‑making. • Design and deliver People strategy in partnership with senior leadership. • Provide trusted commercial HR advice and policy guidance to leaders and managers. • Lead end‑to‑end TUPE project management. • Drive insights through data analysis and reporting to inform decisions. • Shape and deliver People projects, change initiatives, and calendar activities under the UK People strategy. • Manage a direct and matrixed team of People Business Partners and Advisors. • Oversee talent and succession planning with operational stakeholders. • Produce analytical reports, visual presentations, and ad‑hoc management information for senior stakeholders. • Build influential relationships across all business levels. • Stay current with employment law, data analytics, and industry best practices.
