• Deliver cost management services from project start to completion across sectors. • Apply technical expertise to support specific disciplines and project areas. • Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection. • Use value management techniques early to improve cost efficiency. • Lead estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans. • Assist in contractor selection and prepare formal contract documentation. • Provide cost control and financial reporting tailored to client needs. • Mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and support net zero carbon goals. • Champion safety, ensuring a safe, diverse, and inclusive work environment. • Deliver client‑focused cost management services, maintaining high quality and long‑term relationships. • Create opportunities by mentoring, coaching, and fostering continuous improvement.
