About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, recommending packing and moving supplies, and conducting daily unit inspections to ensure availability. They also handle cash drawer audits, bank deposits, payment reminders, and collection calls. Physical duties include lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas. • Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies. • Perform daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits. • Conduct payment reminder and collection calls. • Transport items up to 35 lb and walk/stand in outdoor environments. • Clean and maintain interior floors and exterior grounds. • Leverage prior experience in customer‑service sales roles.
