About the Role

• Support cost management from early budgeting and procurement through post‑contract control and final account closeout. • Prepare and present detailed cost plans, estimates and budgets aligned with project scope. • Monitor actual construction costs against forecasts and recommend corrective actions. • Review and validate change orders with proper documentation and contractual compliance. • Track contingencies, commitments and cost impacts across multiple packages or phases. • Produce cost reports, forecasts and presentations for stakeholders. • Contribute to procurement strategies, bid analysis and contractor negotiations. • Support value engineering and design optimisation to identify cost‑saving opportunities. • Ensure compliance with internal financial systems, client requirements and regulatory controls. • Maintain benchmarking data and historical cost records for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with project managers and design teams to align scope, budget and schedule. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams. • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or related field. • 3–5 years experience in cost management or project controls. • Experience on large‑scale construction projects; data‑center or mission‑critical experience preferred. • Familiarity with MEP systems and sustainable infrastructure is beneficial. • Strong knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, post‑contract cost control and change management. • Understanding of procurement strategies and commercial contract management. • RICS accreditation or progress toward it is advantageous. • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills. • Proficiency with cost management tools, Microsoft Office and cloud‑based applications.
