About the Role

• Review and distribute RFQs to marketing leadership. • Manage the general marketing inbox. • Prepare expense reports and coordinate travel bookings. • Produce proposals, leave-behinds, and reports daily. • Support conference and event planning. • Assist project managers and marketing coordinators with resume and project data collection. • Conduct research tasks for marketing initiatives. • Update project, employee, and client information in the Vision database. • Print and bind large technical documents. • Arrange meals for events, meetings, and department luncheons. • Gather information from sub-consultants and assist with coordination duties. • Schedule conference rooms, meetings, and maintain staff calendars. • Coordinate FedEx and courier deliveries. • Track and report recently won projects.
