About the Role
• Define and manage project plans, budgets and schedules to meet time, cost and quality targets. • Identify, assess and mitigate technical, cost, supply‑chain and schedule risks, integrating risk activities into the project plan. • Ensure integration of Integrated Product Team (IPT) work with higher‑level Project Management and Risk Management plans. • Deliver compliance documentation from requirements capture through evidence of compliance using appropriate tools. • Plan and coordinate projects and programs, including instrumentation and data‑analysis requirements.

What You Bring
The organization values personal accountability, broad technical talent, lean processes and state‑of‑the‑art modeling and simulation tools to deliver innovative solutions across gas turbines, electrical power, thermal management, survivability, cyber and digital domains. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience (or a Master’s with 3+ years) and be eligible for U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required). • Preferred: proven project or functional management experience and PMP certification. • Preferred: active security clearance and experience leading teams to execute programs. • Preferred: strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines. • Preferred: excellent written and oral English communication. • Preferred: familiarity with external customer interfaces and system‑level testing.
