About the Role

• Provide technical and administrative support for the PMO Construction Department. • Review Change Orders, Field Orders, and other contractual documents for design/construction projects. • Coordinate with PMO staff and College Project Teams on Change Order processing. • Conduct detailed reviews of Change Order documents for completeness and accuracy. • Participate in coordination meetings to ensure timely reviews. • Maintain Change Order logs and tracking documents for PMO reference. • Read and interpret construction plans and drawings. • Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports. • Collect, track, and review lessons learned for project closeouts. • Monitor changes and revisions to ensure timely processing of orders. • Submit Change Orders and Field Orders for final PMO and district approvals. • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for Change Order processing. • Facilitate resolution of conflicts to maintain workflow efficiency. • Assist in field coordination meetings with College Project Teams. • Generate and distribute meeting minutes to confirm discussions. • Maintain electronic files and records for all reviews. • Maintain a daily task log and submit a monthly report to management. • Effectively manage daily work effort.

What You Bring

Applicants must submit an up‑to‑date résumé, any certifications or licenses, 3–4 professional references, and a project list detailing values, dates, and employers. • Minimum of five years of professional construction experience. • BS/BA in construction, engineering, or architecture; additional experience may substitute education. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. • Experience using BlueBeam and Adobe for document review and markup. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience with Change Orders and supporting documentation. • Background in educational projects. • Experience on large client programs and multiple simultaneous projects. • Familiarity with Prolog, Trimble Unity Construct, Proliance, or other PMIS systems. • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Sign.
