About the Role
The manager develops a comprehensive digital marketing plan for Amazon and other pure‑play partners, manages budget allocations, and collaborates closely with key distributors such as Amazon and Walmart to shape KCP’s digital strategy. Core responsibilities include analyzing sales data, creating actionable plans, maintaining marketing plans for Amazon and Walmart, improving organic rankings via keyword research, planning product launches, managing the A&P budget, optimizing PPC and Sponsored ads, and working with cross‑functional teams to design and evaluate campaigns. The role also involves creating creative assets, conducting A/B testing, executing promotions such as coupons, Lightning Deals, Amazon Live, and bundles, building robust reporting tools with the eCommerce data analyst, and monitoring the competitive landscape to adjust pricing and content. Additional duties include partnering with channel managers to build eCommerce strategies for Walmart.com, collaborating with category managers to derive insights from sales data, and sharing best practices across marketing, sales, and global eCommerce teams. • Analyze Amazon, Walmart, and Pure Play data to create actionable growth plans • Develop and execute digital marketing plans for KCP’s eCommerce partners • Improve organic rankings through keyword research and whitespace identification • Plan and launch new products to drive fast sales growth • Manage A&P budget and build business cases for incremental investment • Optimize PPC and Sponsored ads to meet sales and margin goals • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and measure campaigns • Create creative assets and copy; conduct A/B testing and moderation • Implement promotions such as coupons, Lightning Deals, Amazon Live, and bundles • Develop reporting tools and KPIs to track consumer behavior and ROI • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust pricing, promotions, and content • Build eCommerce strategies for Walmart.com and partner with category managers

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of marketing/eCommerce experience, proven ability in campaign analysis, ROI optimization, budget planning, strong analytical and project‑management skills, and the ability to influence in a large matrix organization. Preferred experience includes hands‑on work with Amazon and Walmart advertising platforms and a history of driving growth initiatives with sales and marketing teams. • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years in marketing/eCommerce • Proven experience in campaign analysis, ROI optimization, and budget management • Strong analytical, project‑management and influencing skills in a matrix organization • Preferred: hands‑on experience with Amazon and Walmart advertising platforms
