About the Role

In this position you will support project teams through data analysis, research, reporting, and the creation of technical deliverables, while also assisting project managers with scopes, schedules, and budgets. The role offers a pathway to become a tolling specialist or a consulting generalist, depending on your interests and strengths. • Research tolling trends, technologies, and policies to guide client strategies. • Perform deep data analysis using Excel, Power BI, relational databases, and other tools. • Monitor and reconcile toll transaction data to identify discrepancies and revenue opportunities. • Analyze business processes and customer service data to recommend efficiency improvements. • Develop SOPs, training materials, technical documentation, reports, and presentations. • Assist with scopes of work, cost estimates, contracts, and procurement documents. • Support design reviews, operational oversight, and quality assurance processes. • Contribute to business development by drafting or reviewing proposals and engaging with the industry.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, business, data analytics, or a related field. • Minimum of four years of relevant experience with strong statistical analysis and data visualization skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and familiar with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multitask and adapt to client needs. • Experience with state DOTs, toll system integrators, or toll authorities preferred.
