About the Role

Key accountabilities include following work instructions, drawings, and schematics to perform basic assembly duties in final assembly and sub‑assembly areas, cross‑training in multiple stations, and continuously learning product principles and processes as changes occur. The assembler must recognize defective or damaged parts, maintain safety and environmental standards, promote compliance with the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct, and provide input on continuous improvement opportunities, as well as perform special projects when required. • Follow work instructions, drawings, and schematics to assemble generator sets and sub‑assemblies. • Use hand and power tools in final assembly and sub‑assembly areas. • Cross‑train and support multiple assembly stations as needed. • Identify and report defective or damaged parts and quality issues. • Adhere to safety, environmental procedures, and Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct. • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement within the department. • Solve practical problems and perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
