About the Role
• Review sales contracts and spec sheets for material, charge, and scope accuracy. • Identify missing information or product errors and coordinate resolution with Pre‑site Techs and managers. • Prepare and submit vendor product orders, verifying pricing and purchase order details. • Enter sales orders into Acumatica, generate purchase orders, and maintain audit‑ready job files. • Process Work Order Changes swiftly and distribute updates to production teams. • Track material deliveries with vendors, confirm costs, and resolve issues. • Meet department productivity and quality goals while maintaining records. • Handle return‑to‑vendor requests and other assigned procurement duties.

As a Procurement Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our pre‑production process, ensuring every installation runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and teamwork while keeping projects moving forward on time and on budget. The position is in‑office, Monday through Friday, with a business‑casual dress code. It may require occasional lifting of 50 lb or more and the ability to sit, stand, reach, and use hands/arms, as well as good visual acuity for detail work. • Communicate proactively with sales, production, and management. • Prior experience in residential remodeling, construction, or procurement preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat; able to learn Salesforce and Acumatica. • Strong attention to detail, time‑management, and ability to manage multiple projects. • Clear professional written and verbal communication skills. • High school diploma required; college coursework a plus. • Must pass a criminal background check.

Benefits
Pay is $24 per hour on a bi‑weekly schedule. Employees receive vacation and personal days with advance notice, sick/late reporting procedures, and full benefit details in the employee handbook.
