Manage delivery of construction package, ensuring safety, quality, cost, schedule.

About the Role
The position manages delivery of specific work packages, meeting KPIs for safety, quality, cost and programme, and works closely with trade/sub‑contractors, internal teams and stakeholders. • Support the team in driving performance, delivering performance management, technical development and coaching. • Oversee the structure or fit‑out of a specific area/package, ensuring site conditions, programme, quality and safety standards. • Liaise with project package managers and follow direction on programme and critical‑path work. • Lead forecast look‑ahead meetings for the assigned area or package. • Provide detailed planned‑vs‑actual data and escalate deviations to construction leadership. • Apply the project’s digital strategy and locate construction information as needed. • Manage close‑out of the area, adhering to QA/QC plans, ITPs and handover procedures. • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Utilise the Centre of Excellence knowledge base and company best practices. • Promote business priorities in construction, production, digital, data and responsible practices. • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition, identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions.
