About the Role

Inspectors are responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on electrical, sprinkler, and fire suppression life‑safety products, ensuring systems operate reliably and safely. • Perform routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on electrical, sprinkler, and fire‑suppression product lines • Work with low‑voltage wiring and associated devices for equipment operation • Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding via laptop or hard copy • Follow and maintain a structured inspection schedule • Input, retrieve, and archive inspection documents using mobile devices • Make minor repairs and programming changes to inspected systems • Provide technical training to junior inspectors and trainees • Ensure all assigned inspections are completed on time

What You Bring

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with low‑voltage electrical and fire‑life safety systems, possesses strong troubleshooting and physical abilities, and demonstrates excellent customer service and teamwork. • Minimum 4 + years experience in low‑voltage electrical and fire or life‑safety systems • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and follow verbal/written instructions • Physical capability to lift 50‑70 lb and work at heights up to 40 ft, in ducts, crawl spaces, or above ceilings • Flexibility to work weekends and travel overnight as needed • Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills • Self‑starter with ability to work under supervision and adhere to safety procedures • Valid driver’s license meeting company standards • High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of Inspector Entrée Course (Electrical or Sprinkler) • NICET certification preferred • Proficiency with hand tools, multimeter, and reading blueprints, schematics, and specifications • Use of AI‑assisted tools in the hiring process, with final decisions made by human reviewers
