About the Role

• Plan and lead group and one‑on‑one activities ensuring engaging programs • Track and document resident participation in activities • Assist with decorating for holidays and special events and update bulletin boards • Design and distribute monthly activity calendars and newsletters to residents, families, and prospects • Safely transport residents for scheduled activities and appointments

We are hiring a full‑time Activities/Lifestyle Assistant for our Fredericksburg, VA location, with a starting wage of $17.52 per hour or higher based on experience. In this role you will work under the Activities & Wellness Director to develop and implement engaging programs that promote wellness, recreation, education, and spiritual growth for our Assisted Living residents.
