About the Role
The Process BIM Digital Design Specialist will work under the supervision of an architect, engineer, or other technical professional, taking responsibility for a discipline‑specific BIM model. The role includes generating BIM elements according to the Level of Development outlined in the Digital Delivery Plan, maintaining model health, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with other discipline models through design reviews and 3D coordination. • Work under supervision of an architect, engineer, or technical professional for a specific discipline. • Generate BIM elements according to the Level of Development outlined in the Digital Delivery Plan. • Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output. • Accurately model BIM elements using current 3D software within project constraints. • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams aligned with project scope, schedule, and budget. • Maintain model information such as coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, and views. • Produce discipline‑specific documentation with accurate annotations. • Monitor, improve, and uphold company standards and model health. • Coordinate designs with other discipline models through design reviews and 3D coordination. • Assist or execute additional digital delivery requirements identified on the project.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a technical degree or at least three years of related industry experience, proficiency with 3D design and coordination tools, competence in Microsoft Office and communication platforms, and strong communication, attention‑to‑detail, and organizational skills. An intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts is also expected. • Hold a technical degree or minimum of three years related industry experience. • Proficient with 3D design software and document management infrastructure. • Competent in Microsoft Office products and communication tools. • Experience with 3D coordination tools. • Demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. • Possess an intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
