About the Role

Under general supervision, the role provides data assessment, reporting, and recommendations within assigned areas of expertise, supporting and enhancing overall department workflow, customer service, improvement, and work quality. The position serves as a subject matter expert for assigned functions, preparing data reports, offering assessments, and resolving issues while monitoring workflow and ensuring accuracy. It also supports special projects, identifies process risks, recommends improvements, and evaluates training materials. • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned functions. • Prepare and present data summary reports, highlighting changes and trends for management. • Provide assessments and recommendations to management. • Resolve internal and external issues related to department functions. • Track issues to resolution, collaborating with other groups. • Monitor workflow to ensure timely project and daily task completion. • Assist with special projects and cross‑functional team initiatives. • Ensure accuracy and quality of departmental processes and outputs. • Identify risks associated with new or changed processes. • Recommend process improvements for continuous enhancement. • Evaluate and improve training methods and materials; develop training as needed.
